　　Users could select centrifuges according to the environment, materials and other factors. Please pay attention to three points stated as below:

　　 1. Anti-corrosion: The materials to be separated are normally corrosive. So for safety, the stuff touched with these corrosive materials must be anti-corrosive.
　　 The materials for the components (304,321,316L,titanium)and rubber seal rings and cushions and the filter cloths should be selected when selecting model. Users can inform the manufacturer the natures (chemical natures and the temperature when separation) of the materials of making the centrifuges, so as to let the manufacturer recommend the materials of the machines according to the natures of the separated stuff, and specify it on the contract.
　　2 、Anti-explosion: If the centrifuge works in the environment, where there are some explosive substances, the centrifuge should be anti-explosive. The degree of explosion resistance will be s

ubject to the requirements. In the past the environment required anti-explosion only requested anti-explosive motors. But recent two years, for the environment, which contains solvents like menstruum, it mostly requires nitrogen protection. In fact, if the centrifuge becomes really anti-explosive, it should take a variety of measures in mechanical, electrical control and the accessories selection.
　　 Electric control: anti-explosive isolator, non-touch dynamic braking system, static grounding and anti-explosion automatic control.
　　 Mechanical system: anti-explosion motor, anti-explosion lighting, anti-collision and anti-static driving belt.
　　 Anti-explosive accessories: nitrogen protection system, nitrogen online detection, on-site anti-explosion control button
　　 Therefore, for those environments required anti-explosion, users can specify the filtration medium, requirement and degree of anti-explosion when they take orders, in order to buy the right equipment to meet the requirements of anti-explosion.
　　 3 、 Separation performance：Separation is the essential function including the separation effect, cleaning effect, output and the degree of automation. When taking order, it is difficult to exactly know the separation effect because of the variation of the materials natures and factors, like adhesiveness, intensity and the ratio between solid and liquid. Normally, the separation effect is measured with the separation factor.
　　 Separation factor is correlated to the rotation rate and the diameter of the drum interpreted by the following equation.

　 The cleaning mentioned here is termed for cleaning the solids cakes. For some materials, the solids cakes need to clean, even for several times to meet the requirements. So the cleaning tube is needed to install in the machine. It is importantly influenced by the cleaning effect, time, the diameter of cleaning tube, positioning and structure.
　　 The output capacity is related to the materials physical and chemical properties and separation requirements. Normally it is measured on the number of cycles and the weight of the solids cake for each single cycle.
