Keep well the machine before installation. Keep the device and components away from moisture, especially the motor, electric control panel, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and other easily rusted components.
　　 Be safe when hanging the machine for installation, not to bump and damage the machine
　　 Keep enough space for operation and repair from other machines near the centrifuges. Not less than 1 meter width of passage surrounding the centrifuge should be kept. 2 meters height of space upwards from the top of the machine should be kept for repairing. In order to avoid the collision or damage of the machines, or the noise, the space for repairing or disconnecting should be considered to keep when setting the positions of the electrical control panel, hydraulic system and pneumatic system.
　　 Keep the electric control box (pneumatic control box) in dry, ventilated place without corrosive gas. They should be set near the centrifuge machine (Separated installation is allowed)
　　 On-site control panel should be set beside the machine to watch the operation of the centrifuge conveniently.
　　 The centrifuge should be installed in balanced position. The surface of the base of the machine is set as the datum plane. The foundation (Platform of installation) is constructed according to the drawing provided by our company. The foundation weight is around 3 times of the machine weight. The foundation should be able to bear the machine's static load, also to bear the live load (dynamic load = machine weight x 0.5) arisen from the vibration when the machine works. If the machine is installed away the ground, the beams supporting the machine and the operation platform should be　designed by the design department of this project.
　　 The machine normally is installed in a whole set without disassembling. If it is necessary to disassemble, the acknowledgement from technicians of the manufacturer is needed.
　　 Due to the slight vibration when the machine runs in high speed, the connection piping (feeding tube, drainage hose, cleaning tube, ventilation hose, online cleaning tube, nitrogen hose, air compressor hose and wire tube) should be the flexible. The joints should be sealed with insulation rings. The machine should be earthed to avoid electricity leakage.
　　 The diameter of the liquid piping outside shouldn't be smaller than those piping inside the machine. No block is allowed. The outside pipe should be placed at the lower level than the drainage tube inside and keep a certain vertical distance.
　　 According to the drawing, the electricians and mechanists should connect the solid, vapor, liquid and electrical piping for testing the centrifuge .
