Peeler centrifuge can continuously work and intermittently filter. It is either automatic control or manual control.
The whole process of operation including materials feeding, separating, cleaning, dewatering, discharging and filter cloth recycling can be achieved at full speed. Single cycle of processing materials is shortly but with large quantity. The solids cake can be well dried and cleaned.
GK series peeler centrifuge is widely used in such indutries as chemcal,food,light industry,pharmaceutical,starch,etc.it is sutiable for separating suspension containing large-size or medium-size or small-size particles,such as suiphuric ammonia,carbonic ammonia,PVC,modified starch,etc.
GKH series siphon peeler centrifuge is designed on the common peeler centrifuge basics,By the siphon to increase the force pushes the clarified liquid chamber,The liquid is drained out of the basket through the sucker,Adjusting the positon of sucker could change the liquid level in the suction chamber to adjust the force of filtration,speed,output,the dryness of the solids cake and the effectiveness of cleaning.
Because of siphon function ,GHK series centrifuge has larger pushing force in filtration,in treating materials with high viscosity,its moisture content of filter cake can be lower than that of GK series.
Set a recoil fitting. Pour washing liquid into the suction chamber and the overflow chamber if it needs. Washing liquid flowing into the drum will resume the filtering performance of the filtration medium when it passes through it.
Siphon peeler centrifuges are suitable for massively processing of the highly sticky slurry with free moisture solids cake. It can be applicable to separating amylum, sodium bicarbonate and calcium phosphate. |

14 、 Siphon type peeler centrifuge is allocated with counter-flush device (optional part),which may counter flush remaining filter cake kept in the rotary drum,so that the filter cloth can be used again.
