In 2003, we developed AUT series centrifuges applicable to the massive productions in pharmacy and chemicals industries based on our researches and successful experience in these industries for many years plus the application of the advanced technologies learned from abroad. In 2004, we developed PAUT platform based centrifuge based on AUT's model but with higher performance than of AUT. The motor is designed to be on the top and directly connected with shaft. It is very different from the traditional transmission form, by which the friction between driving belt and shaft could produces dusts polluting the environment. The design has taken account that the machine should be cleaned and disinfected conveniently; operated, repaired and maintained conveniently; and can minimize pollution and errors. Those surfaces directly contacting the materials to be separated are smooth, plain and easy to clean, disinfect. In addition, they are anti-corrosive, and will not set off chemical reaction with medicines and absorb them. The lubricants and refrigerants of the machines will not contaminate the materials and the machine drums. After the two series putting into the market for two years, they are well recognized and complimented by customers.

　　 1、 Platform base with liquid damping shock absorption: Platform base structure could lower the center of gravity and stabilize the machine making operation convenient. Applying the liquid damping technique improves performance of shock absorption in centrifuge. No foundation construction making installation and repairs convenient 。
　　 2、 The machine case and base are built with steel plate joint structure, simple and compact. 。
　　 3、 Bearing can support the force with large length. Independent bearing assembly has lubricating slots on both the top and bottom of it making repairs and maintenance convenient 。
　　 4、 The motor directly connects the shaft without driving belt, which would cause air pollution by dusts arose from friction. The shaft link is made from new materials, which could reduce the impact on the shaft when startup or braking 。
　　 5、 The bottom bearing applies both labyrinth seal and frame seal, which have good performance of sealing. The main shaft is anti-corrosive 。
　　 6、 Pneumatic auxiliary scraper and air recoil device could completely clean the solid materials remained in the drum, good for the filter cloth recycling 。
　　 7、 Online cleaning system could clean the machine online; and nitrogen anti-explosive system is designed for the environment with anti-explosion requirements 。
　　 8、 Automatic control, which can be operated by a monitor: Like LGZ, the automatic and safety system could improve the degree of automation and safety 。
　　 9、 Power assistance: Hydraulic or pneumatic power can be selected by customers according to their needs 。
