Deal with each technical inquiry with serious attitude and record it. Recommend the proper centrifuge to the customers according to their requirements of separation and the material features. Especially for the flammable and explosive, and corrosive materials, we would conduct more intensive research and analysis. According to our experience, if necessary, it would take static tests and dynamic tests for the materials that are separation. Based on the analysis and the results, propose the type to ensure that the centrifuges could meet the reality needs and the requirements of separation and safety. For some special requirements, the technical center would customize the whole process for customers, from the initial design draft, approval, to purchase, manufacture and after sales services.
